FEPLI Rates & Reimbursement

Federal Government Reimbursement

Qualified federal employees can receive agency reimbursement of up to 50% (or $150) towards their Federal Employee Professional Liability Insurance (FEPLI) premium.

Here's how to get reimbursed if you qualify:

1. Get your Certificate of Insurance and receipt showing proof of payment in full

2. Ask your Human Resources Office how they accept reimbursement filings

3. Submit your reimbursement request and accompanying documents

4. Get money back for protecting your career

Each agency handles reimbursement differently. Some require a printed form, some require submission through an online portal, etc. Some of the common printable forms and reimbursement directives can be found below for your convenience.
